Safety

NEM Group recognises their role and responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment. Safety is both an individual and shared responsibility for all personnel including contractors and consultants.  We will provide the leadership, initiative and resources to enable the company to maintain high safety standards.

We highly encourage staff to participate in hazard identification and effective control measures and enusre staff will be provided with the necessary training and equipment to meet their needs.

The maintenance and continual improvement of our safety systems through the development, monitoring and review of measurable objectives and targets will ensure that we meet the requirements of our AS NZ 4801:2001 ISO certification.
